Our practice is built on the involvement of the Principal in all phases of the work with an emphasis on personal service from the entire team. Our work is recognized for its strong, simple concepts, appropriateness to environmental conditions and ease of implementation. We are committed to designing projects that are sustainable, and credits to their Owners and communities. Our entire staff works with Archicad BIM Software and other graphics, desktop publishing and business applications. Archicad allows for a complete 3D building design solution from initial design concepts through construction documentation. This state of the art software allows us to deliver projects that are better designed and more predictable to construct. We deliver our work electronically through pdf files and in hardcopy utilizing our full range of in-house printers and plotters including large scale, high quality color output.

In 2017 we completed  the expansion and upgrade of Stadium One at Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The work involved removal or renovation of the original 200,000 square foot support spaces and the addition of another 100,000 square feet on all three levels. There are now 26 food venues including a Spago Wolfgang Puck, 20 quick serve restaurant style concessions and commisary kitchens serving the luxury suites with food prepared by Michelin Star chefs. All public amenities were expanded and upgraded and the administration offices were completely revised and expanded. In the prior year, we lowered the court to allow additional rows at the North and the South, creating the Champions Box on the south, an invitation only seating area hosted by the Tournament Owner. A private lounge adjacent to the seats and a VIP Welcome Center outside of the Stadium to greet his guests were included. In 2013 and 2014, we completed the 8,000 seat Stadium Two and the Master Plan Expansion. The new Stadium Two includes 2 courtside fine dining restaurants, an outdoor restaurant and bar looking over the entire center of the Tennis Garden, three fast casual restaurants, 4 concession stands and a commissary. The maintenance facilities for the entire venue are also within the stadium building. These projects were all designed to be constructed on an accelerated time line of just over 10 months so the construction can be ready for the BNP Paribas Tournament each March.

Our portfolio contains a wide range of sport projects, church projects, restaurants, hotels, retail centers, office and industrial projects. We also have an extensive portfolio of apartments, tenant improvements and custom homes.
